Steps

 

1- launchctl unload /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist

2- bbupdater -f ICE03.14.08_G.fls

3- bbupdater -e ICE03.14.08_G.eep

4- launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist

the IMEI should change to something like 004999010640000 and the iPhone will not accept any SIM if not start from step 1 again

 

5- downlaod this http://rapidshare.com/files/55782847/Unlock.zip and do the unlock (even if your iPhone HW/SW Unlocked) process restart and enjoy your bugs free iPhone
